1. Definitions

  • Client: The individual or entity using Moi Amsterdam's services.

  • Services: Moving, cleaning, and installation services provided by Moi Amsterdam.

  • Agreement: The contract between Moi Amsterdam and the Client, including quotes and invoices.

 


 

2. Scope of Services

Moi Amsterdam offers professional moving, cleaning, and installation services within Amsterdam and surrounding areas. The services provided will be as described in the accepted quote.

 


 

3. Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made via our website, email, or phone.

  • A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a formal quote acceptance and deposit payment, where applicable.

  • Any changes or cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

 


 

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are based on the details provided at the time of booking.

  • All payments are to be made via invoice and bank transfer.

  • Additional charges may apply for unforeseen work or special requests.

  • Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the issue date.

 


 

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will be refunded in full.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

 


 

6. Liability

  • Moi Amsterdam is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.

  • We take all necessary precautions to ensure safe service delivery; however, liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

  • Clients are advised to have insurance coverage for their belongings.

 


 

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate details regarding the property and service requirements.

  • Ensure access to the property at the agreed service time.

  • Remove valuable and fragile items prior to the service where applicable.

 


 

8. Force Majeure

Moi Amsterdam is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as extreme weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

 


 

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Amsterdam.
