Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions under which Moi Amsterdam (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides moving, cleaning, and installation services to clients (“you,” “your”). By accepting our quote and proceeding with our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

Moi Amsterdam provides professional moving, cleaning, and installation services within Amsterdam and surrounding areas. The specific services will be detailed in the approved quote.

 

 

2. Booking and Confirmation

  • Services are booked upon acceptance of our formal quote.

  • Confirmation of booking requires written acceptance via email or signed agreement.

  • Any changes to the booking must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

 

 

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are stated in euros and are subject to VAT.

  • Payment is required via bank transfer upon receipt of the invoice.

  • Additional charges may apply for unforeseen work or special requests.

  • Failure to pay within the agreed timeframe may result in service suspension.

 

 

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth service delivery, the client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate details regarding the property and services required.

  • Ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • Remove valuable and fragile items from the working area.

 

 

5. Moi Amsterdam Responsibilities

We commit to:

  • Providing services with reasonable care and professionalism.

  • Taking necessary precautions to prevent damage.

  • Adhering to scheduled appointments to the best of our ability.

 

 

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will be refunded in full.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

 

 

7. Liability Limitations

  • Moi Amsterdam is not liable for damages caused by inaccurate information provided by the client.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing property damage.

 

 

8. Force Majeure

Moi Amsterdam shall not be held liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, strikes, or unexpected events.

 

 

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
